2012 Update:
Hello San Francisco Sensei and Kenshi,
HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all!!
The new year brings membership renewals and updating our records.
Please plan on completing and turning in the first page of the registration page, and the signed liability release form, (these will be available in the dojo too).
The liability release must be signed annually, the registration form allows us to update members contact information and make sure rank records are also accurate.
Additionally, please note that the dojo tuition has been raised (due to rent increases), and the payment options have also been changed as well. I've attached a document listing the fees for your information. Below is a "quick guide" for your convenience. Fees are due by January 19th.
Note that the dojo will be enforcing the policy that if you are not current on your tuition payments, you will not be allowed to practice.
Finally, starting January, please plan on signing in, when you arrive for practice, since the dojo will be keeping track of attendance. Look for the lap top (or paper sign in) when attending keiko.
Thank you for your cooperation. Please contact me with any questions, kendodue@aol.com.
